Silver Family Membership

Membership Fee – $25
Gold Family Membership (group homes of 5 or less)

Membership Fee – $50
Platinum Family Membership (group homes of 5 or more)

Membership Fee – $100
System of Care Associates Membership

Membership Fee – $25

* Basic Membership and Pride Family Memberships allows your family to receive training hours at no cost. However, families wishing to participate in association elections and events, such as back to school backpack giveaway, and our annual Christmas Party, must purchase a Silver Family Membership.
